VIDCON ANAHEIM 2023 COVID-19 POLICY
The health and safety of all those attending any VidCon event is our first priority. As result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, VidCon will:
(1) be implementing health and safety protocols and guidelines (“H&S Guidelines”) as required by federal, state or local ordinance, rule, regulation and/or law or as VidCon sees fit, in its sole judgment, from time to time, as necessary, to ensure the health and safety of all attendees, speakers, Featured Creators, sponsors, employees, staff, vendors etc.
H&S Guidelines will be available here and we may, as necessary, update the H&S Guidelines (“COVID-19 Updates”) so please check periodically. We may also send COVID-19 Updates to you via email to the email address you provided at ticket purchase.
(2) allow you to receive a partial refund for tickets purchased after the standard refund policy deadline (June 2, 2023) as set forth here (“Standard Refund Date”), solely (a) if we make COVID-19 Updates to the H&S Guidelines after the Standard Refund Date, and you cannot or do not agree to comply with the H&S Guidelines and (b) provided, that you send VidCon a refund request to anaheiminfo@vidcon.com within 24 hours of the date of a VidCon COVID-19 Update, if any, made after the Standard Refund Date.
(3) have the sole and absolute right to eject you from the Event, and have your credentials forfeited without any refund of any kind if you attend the Event but refuse to comply with the H&S Guidelines, as determined by VidCon in its sole discretion.
