There will be designated accessible seating for attendees with disabilities at large programming events and panel rooms. These seats will be marked with seat covers.
Additionally, we will have ribbons available at the on-site registration area as well as the Accessibility Desk to indicate that you may need assistance finding seating. Attendees are welcome to pick these up when they arrive.
Please note that all programming rooms have a limited capacity, and smaller programming rooms are typically not cleared between sessions. Availability of accessible seating (as well as general seating) is not guaranteed if the room is full.
