You may request a refund before June 2, 2023 at 12 AM (PT) by filling out this form. Please note that ONLY the order holder is able to request a refund or cancel tickets.
Refund Policy:
Tickets and Subscriptions
Refunds for all Standard and Bundled tickets and On-Demand Subscriptions will incur a fee. Order holders will:
Receive a refund of 75% of the ticket price paid if requested prior to March 31 at 11:59 PM (PT)
Receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid if requested from April 1 through June 1 at 11:59 PM (PT)
All merchandise must be redeemed on site during the event; no merchandise will be shipped out prior to or after the Event. If all Standard (in-person) or On Demand bundle tickets on an order are canceled, all merchandise on the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
All merchandise and ticket purchases are nonrefundable after June 2, 2023 at 12 AM (PT).
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for purchase. If your card information has changed, please reach out to your bank prior to requesting your refund.
