You can change the email address associated with your Tixr account using the following steps:
- Log in with the email address and password you used to create your account on our ticketing site.
- Hover over your initials in the upper right hand corner and click on “My Profile”.
- From here, you can just click on the pencil icon next to any of the available fields to update your information.
Once you’ve updated your email address, please feel free to reach out to anaheiminfo@vidcon.com and we would be happy to resend your confirmation email if you would like it sent again.
