There is no guarantee that you will meet, take a photo with, or get an autograph from your favorite creator. When you enter for Meet & Greet Matchmaking, you will be asked to rank 15 Featured Creators who you would like to meet. If you properly enter for Meet & Greet Matchmaking, you will receive at least one meet & greet with a creator you’ve ranked.

It is not possible for the creators to meet all of their fans in such a short weekend, and we hope that you understand the circumstances of this event; if you are only coming to VidCon Anaheim to meet a creator we strongly encourage you to reconsider your purchase. That being said, even if you aren’t able to meet your favorite creator, there are so many other great things you can see and do at VidCon!
