You may modify the name on your ticket up until June 26, 2024 at 12 AM (PT). After that date, the chaperone replacing you will need to stop by the Registration Help Desk during the event to ask for the ticket to be updated before the ticket is redeemed for a credential. They will need to give the order holder’s first and last name as well as the Order ID in order to request the name to be updated.
For instructions on updating the name on your ticket prior to the deadline, please see this page. We also encourage you to send this person the QR Code for the ticket so they can get through Registration as quickly as possible.
Please note: Two chaperones cannot use the same ticket! If the ticket has already been exchanged for credentials at Registration, the name on the ticket cannot be updated.
