Larry Shapiro has a successful 20+ year track record of managing and producing creative in all forms of media converging next gen talent and traditional Hollywood. As CEO of The Creator Society, Larry helps the roster's clients build franchises across social platforms, books, TV, movies and private label product lines from clothes to board games. Most recently Larry brokered Shari Franke's book The House of My Mother with Simon and Schuster which made the NYT's Best Sellers List 3 months straight immediately from its release. Converging clients to television, Larry was a Consulting Producer on Hulu's top Docu Series about the Franke family, helped negotiate Taryn Hicks deal for Hallmark’s “Motherhood” and in 2023 was the EP for Discovery’s limited series The King of Random. Shapiro’s clients have worked with top fortune 500 brands including MasterCard, FedEx, Ford, Gillette, Nordstroms and Royal Caribbean. Larry has received an Emmy Nomination as a producer for Brian Wilson: I Just Wasn't Made For These Times, an Emmy win for his participation in the Interactive Series “Dirty Work” and a Grammy Nomination producing the music film Forever Is a Long Time for record producer Don Was and EP Francis Ford Coppola.
