Milon Mannis

Milon Mannis is a Partner Manager at Spotify, specializing in podcasts within the entertainment and comedy verticals. He plays a key role in managing relationships with top creators and helping them grow and monetize their shows on the platform. Milon began his career in the MP Talent Department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he built a foundation in talent management and entertainment strategy. He later joined the comedy department at Netflix, contributing to the development and promotion of stand-up specials and original content. Prior to Spotify, Milon worked at Melrose Podcasts, where he was instrumental in onboarding new shows and guiding them through monetization opportunities across the network. With a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of podcasting, Milon is passionate about supporting creators and helping them navigate the evolving podcast landscape.
