Marnie Conway is the CEO of Ajenda, a women’s health platform founded by Dr. Jennifer Ashton. As the company’s first employee, she helped build the business from the ground up—scaling it from zero to high six figures in revenue within six months. She is currently leading the expansion of Ajenda’s product offering, both digital and physical, across paid and free content, with a focus on evidence-based women’s health—including nutrition, weight management, and hormonal health for women 50+. The mission: not just longevity, but vitality. Marnie is known for her expertise in scaling businesses through strategic infrastructure and building systems that drive strong performance and team culture. She leads Ajenda’s social-first marketing approach and is an advocate for credibility and trust in the creator economy—believing the future lies in content that is both science-backed and approachable. Prior to Ajenda, Marnie spent five years at Burch Creative Capital, a venture firm focused on building and investing in consumer brands. There, she worked with more than 30 portfolio companies across brand strategy, product development, and partnerships—and incubated Beambo, a viral beauty-tech brand focused on creator-led growth and social-first marketing. Her work sits at the intersection of content, commerce, and community.
