What is your Refund Policy?

You will have until September 6, 2024 at 12 AM (ET) to request a refund. Only the order holder is able to request refunds!

Refunds for all tickets will incur a fee. Order holders will:
Receive a refund of 75% of the ticket price paid if requested prior to July 29 at 11:59 PM (ET);
Receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid if requested from July 30 through September 5 at 11:59 PM (ET);

All merchandise must be redeemed on site during the Event; no merchandise will be shipped out prior to or after the Event. If all in-person tickets on an order are canceled, all merchandise on such order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

On Demand Subscriptions are nonrefundable once an access code has been distributed to the purchaser.

All merchandise and ticket purchases are nonrefundable after September 6, 2024 at 12 AM (ET).
