Filming at VidCon

Film crews may only be set up for 15 minutes at a time in one given location and must not be obstructing traffic flows (i.e. in front of doorways, stairways, sidewalks, etc). You may also not disrupt any scheduled content or appearances at the show. VidCon will not sign any image releases for commercial films. Commercial use of captured content is at your own risk and that VidCon will not execute any licenses or waivers for your use of content.
