How do I modify the name on my ticket(s)?

The names on your tickets may be modified up until September 28, 2023 at 12 PM (ET). If you need to update the name on a ticket after the deadline, please stop by the Registration Help Desk when you arrive at the event. Ticket names may not be modified once the ticket has been exchanged for credentials at Registration. Please note that it is not possible to update the last name on a ticket for an attendee who is under 13 years old.

Please follow the instructions below to update the name on your ticket:

  1. Visit the VidCon ticketing site and click “Log In” in the top right corner.
  2. Hover over your initials in the top right corner and click “My Events”.
  3. Click “Manage order” on your order for VidCon Baltimore 2023.
  4. Click “(Edit)” next to the name you’d like to change.
  5. Enter in the new First and Last Name and click “Update”.

Please note: It is not possible to update the email address associated with a ticket within Tixr. If you give your ticket to someone else, please be sure to fill out this form to request that the email address be updated so the new ticket holder doesn’t miss any important event information.
