Credential Pickup:

Familiarize yourself with the Vaccines and Testing section of the COVID-19 Health & Safety FAQ as you will be required to provide this documentation prior to being admitted into the Registration area.

You will be able to pick up your credentials on site when you check in at one of the VidCon attendee registration locations at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Please bring your QR Code — attached to your confirmation email as a PDF — and/or your photo ID. Each attendee must be present to redeem their own credentials; you cannot pick up credentials on another attendee's behalf. You will be able to redeem your credentials during the following hours at ACC North or Hall D Wedge Registration.

Registration Hours

  • Wednesday, June 22: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, June 23: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday, June 24: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, June 25: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please note that Single-day Friday credentials can only be picked up on Friday, and Single-day Saturday credentials can only be picked up on Saturday.

When you check in, you will receive a badge and RFID wristband. Both must be worn throughout the entire event. RFID wristbands or badges that need to be replaced for any reason will be subject to a $20 replacement fee per each credential; you must show photo ID and/or proof of purchase to get a replacement. Credential replacements can only be purchased at one of the Registration Help Desks. If you entered Meet & Greet Matchmaking, this wristband will have your meet & greets loaded onto it.

Once you provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test in accordance with our Health & Safety Guidelines, you will also receive a wristband that must be worn at all times throughout the event, and you will not need to provide proof again as long as this wristband is worn. Lost COVID-19 wristbands are subject to a $10 replacement fee.


You will need your badge and your RFID wristband to enter VidCon. BOTH pieces MUST be worn at all times to gain access to and remain in the venue. If at any time you are found inside the venue without both, you may be asked to leave the event.

  • Scan your wristband every time you enter the event and every time you exit.
  • Only wristbands purchased from the official event website and ticketing partners are valid. Do not purchase wristbands from third parties.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Wristbands will be treated as void if tampered with; do not cut or try to remove your wristband.
  • Wristbands do not loosen once tightened so don't pull your wristband too tight!
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen wristbands will be deactivated. Replacement badges and wristbands are subject to a $20 replacement fee and you must show photo ID and/or proof of purchase to get a replacement.
  • Your wristband should remain on your wrist throughout the event. Do not remove your wristband until all official programming is over and you have exited the venue.

Buying Tickets On Site

Tickets will be available for purchase on -site. Please proceed to the VidCon ACC North or Hall D Wedge Registration and look for the ticket sales booth. The ACC is cashless, so only debit and credit cards are accepted (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay are not accepted). In an effort to keep everyone safe and limit person-to-person contact, we urge you to consider purchasing your ticket online before the event. Tickets can also be purchased online by clicking here.

What to Bring

  • Your enthusiasm
  • Your phone or smart device (have you downloaded the VidCon Mobile App sponsored by Linktree yet?)
  • Your QR Code and/or Photo ID
  • A water bottle (let's be sustainable together!)
  • A small bag (12"x12" or under)! No large bags (bigger than 12" x 12") or rolling bags, please!
