Please note that only the purchaser/order holder is able to request a refund or ticket cancellation.
Refund Policy
To request the cancellation of an order, contact atendimento@godream.com.br.
Please note: ticket refunds will only be accepted if requested within 7 calendar days of the day you ordered it and as long as it is less than 48 hours before the start of the event.
If the order was paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used and will be credited on your next or subsequent credit card bill.
If the order has been paid by “boleto”, the refund will be made to the bank account of the person responsible for the order within 15 working days of being notified. Requests for refunds must be emailed to atendimento@godream.com.br with the order number, name, CPF, and email of the person who made the order.
Please note that ONLY the order holder is able to request a refund or cancel tickets.
In case of a ticket order cancellation, the cost for the convenience fee will not be refunded.
Tickets that have been already purchased cannot be transferred to another date of the event.
Ticket cancellations also automatically cancel your Meet & Greet session.
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for purchase. If your card information has changed, please reach out to your bank prior to requesting your refund.
