To request the cancellation of an order, contact atendimento@godream.com.br.

Please note: ticket refunds will only be accepted if requested within 7 calendar days of the day you ordered it and as long as it is less than 48 hours before the start of the event.

If the order was paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used and will be credited on your next or subsequent credit card bill.

If the order has been paid by “boleto”, the refund will be made to the bank account of the person responsible for the order within 15 working days of being notified. Requests for refunds must be emailed to atendimento@godream.com.br with the order number, name, CPF, and email of the person who made the order.

Please note that ONLY the order holder is able to request a refund or cancel tickets.

In the event of ticket order cancellation, the total cost of the order will be refunded.

Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be transferred to another date of the event.

If you sign up for meet & greets and then cancel your ticket, your meet & greets will also be canceled.
