Quiet Room

VidCon offers a quiet room on the 200 level of the Anaheim Convention Center that attendees are welcome to use if they need a break from the excitement. More information regarding the quiet room location and hours will be available closer to the event. 

Accessibility Ribbons

VidCon offers accessibility ribbons to attendees with disabilities to indicate that they may need assistance during the event. These ribbons can be attached to VidCon badges. Accessibility ribbons will be available at the Registration Help Desk, the Accessible Registration Desk, and the Accessibility Desk. Accessible Registration

There will be dedicated Accessible Registration Desks. More information about the registration location will be available closer to the event.

ASL Interpreters/CART Services

VidCon offers ASL Interpreters as well as CART services at select sessions. We will have more information about which sessions will offer these services a bit closer to the event.

All Gender Bathrooms

There are generally all gender bathrooms at VidCon. More information about where these will be located will be available closer to the event.

Service Animals

Guide, signal, and service animals (as defined in state and local laws) are permitted on the Anaheim Convention Center campus in alignment with ADA requirements. Note: Please do not pet or distract a service animal without the permission of their owner. These animals are working and should not be touched without explicit permission.

Accessible Seating

There will be designated accessible seating for attendees with disabilities at large programming events and panel rooms. These seats will be marked with seat covers. Additionally, we will have ribbons available at the on-site registration area as well as the Accessibility Desk to indicate that you may need assistance finding seating.
