All merch can be redeemed at the VidCon Merch Booth during the event using the QR Code found in your order confirmation or your Tixr account in the Orders section. If you ordered pre-sale merch, you will receive an additional QR Code in May that can be used to redeem your exclusive FREE VidCon tote bag (limit one per order). Please note that all merch must be redeemed during the event; no merch will be shipped out prior to or after VidCon.
