Meet & Greet Signups are Coming Your Way May 13!
Get ready to experience one of VidCon’s most buzzworthy events — Meet & Greets! This is your chance to meet, chat with, and snap a selfie with the creators you know and love for a truly unforgettable experience. Imagine the thrill of connecting face-to-face with creators who’ve inspired you, made you laugh, or brought you into a new fandom.
Meet & Greet Signups
Meet & Greet Signups will be open from May 13 at 8 AM (PT) through June 16 at 6 PM (PT).
New to VidCon Anaheim 2025 are Meet & Greet Signups! We’re dropping three rounds of inventory for meet & greets that will be available on a first come, first served basis to eligible ticket types (multi-day Community, Creator, and Industry Track). The earlier you purchase your ticket, the more chances you’ll have to snag the meet & greets you want!
Each eligible ticket can sign up for a total of 2 meet & greets. The schedule for meet & greets will be included in the full schedule launch on Tuesday, May 6. When the first meet & greet inventory drops on May 13, you’ll be able to sign up for the sessions you want on a first come, first served basis. If you don’t secure the one(s) you want, you’ll have two more opportunities to try your luck.
PLEASE NOTE: During Meet & Greet Signups, order holders with eligible tickets on their order must use the order holder’s email address to log into their Leap profile and sign up for sessions for each of the eligible ticket holders on the order.
Meet & Greet Signup Drop Dates
Drop 1: Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 8 AM (PT)
Drop 2: Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 8 AM (PT)
Drop 3: Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 8 AM (PT)

CHAPERONING YOUR CHILD TO MEET & GREETS
Chaperones of a child under 16 can accompany them into the Meet & Greet Hall and wait with them during their meet & greets. You will not be able to actually participate in the session unless you have also signed up for the session.
Children 5 years old or younger do not need their own ticket and may participate in all activities associated with their chaperone’s ticket type, including any meet & greets.
