LEARN TIPS AND TRICKS FROM THE BEST IN THE BIZ!

This is your chance to sit face-to-face with the best and brightest digital media stars and professionals! During VidCon’s Mentorship Series, groups of 12 – 15 attendees with Creator or Industry Track tickets will have the opportunity to meet with the industry’s leading creators and experts to ask questions, join in on discussions, and gain valuable perspective and insight.

Mentorship Series sessions will be assigned via a matchmaking system. VidCon Anaheim 2024 Mentorship Matchmaking is NOW OPEN and will run through May 22 at 5 PM (PT).

What ticket do I need?

You’ll need a Creator or Industry Track ticket to enter. Buy your ticket here!
Please note: Community Track and Single-day ticket holders are not able to participate in the Mentorship Series.

How do I log in?

Click the ENTER NOW button at the top of this page to access the platform. You will need to log in with your Order ID and the order holder’s email address (the order holder is the person who purchased your ticket). Your Order ID can be found in the email the order holder receives from Tixr after purchasing tickets. It can also be found in the order holder’s Tixr account (here are instructions for finding it there). If you need additional help logging in, check out this page.

How do I submit my entry?

When matchmaking opens, attendees with eligible tickets will be able to log in and choose from the list of Mentorship Series topics, ranking them on a scale of 1 – 5 with 5 being the topic(s) you’re most interested in. More information about how to enter Mentorship Matchmaking can be found here.

How do I modify my entry or check if it saved?

You can log back into the matchmaking platform to modify your entry until matchmaking closes on May 22 at 5 PM (PT). Any modifications you make to your list will automatically be saved. Once matchmaking closes, no changes can be made and no additional entries will be accommodated, so we recommend logging back in before the deadline to check that your entry is saved, you’re happy with your list, etc.

How do I get my results and information about attending my sessions?

Matchmaking results will be released on May 29 at 12 PM (PT). At that time, everyone who entered will be able to log back into the platform and see if they received any mentorship sessions. If you receive a session, your Results page will tell you the time, date, and location of that session and will also contain important information about accessing it when you arrive at VidCon, so be sure to read that page carefully!

How does Mentorship Matchmaking work?

Matchmaking is not a first-come, first-served system — everyone who enters by the deadline has the same opportunity to receive the mentorship sessions they want. Please note that due to capacity restrictions, not everyone who enters Mentorship Matchmaking will receive a session. Get more information about how the system works here.
