Marie Denning serves as Vice President, Brand Partnerships, NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships. In this role, she is responsible for strategizing, preparing and executing go-to-market vision for brand monetization and sponsorship opportunities for NBCUniversal properties and IP, currently focused on NBCU’s news properties. Prior to this role, Denning was Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for NBCUniversal, responsible for identifying and developing new cross-company business opportunities across Comcast NBCUniversal and Sky. With a focus on talent partnerships, Denning created, designed, launched and lead the industry-first Creator Accelerator program, which identified and developed the next generation of premium content creators currently emerging on social media. Before this, Denning worked on NBCU’s Global Talent Booking division developing strategic, customized publicity and promotional campaigns for talent leveraging the premium content and platforms across the Comcast NBCUniversal portfolio; this work evolved into developing the Global Talent Partnerships strategy to communicate the company’s holistic talent-first approach to partnership. Denning has worked with NBCUniversal for 13+ years since joining the NBCUniversal Page Program in 2011. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television and Theatre, in addition to a minor in Italian. She currently lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
