She is a former Lead Video Editor at MrBeast, where she led editing teams to create record-breaking videos that total over 2 billion views. She also holds a Master’s degree in Documentary Journalism from the University of Southern California. Passionate about increasing representation for women in post-production, Rachel founded EditHers, a community supporting the women editors behind creators like MrBeast, Smosh, Marques Brownlee, Shane Dawson, Linus Tech Tips, Airrack, Rosanna Pansino, Safiya Nygaard, Pokimane, Hopescope, and more.
