In 2023, VidCon welcomed 55,000 attendees at the 12th annual Anaheim show and celebrated the addition of a brand new East Coast event in Baltimore. VidCon was founded by veteran YouTube creators John and Hank Green (Vlogbrothers) and was acquired by Paramount Global in 2018.
