MEET YOUR FAVORITE CREATOR ONE-ON-ONE
Entering for matchmaking is the ONLY guaranteed way to meet Featured Creators or have access to the Meet & Greet Hall. VidCon Baltimore 2024 Meet & Greet Matchmaking isn’t open yet, but if you want to enter when it is, check out the steps below to get prepared!

Get your ticket!
You’ll need a 2-Day Community or 3.5-Day Industry Track ticket to enter. Buy your ticket here!
Please note: Community Track Single-day ticket holders are not eligible to participate in Meet & Greet Matchmaking, but there may be opportunities for Single-day ticket holders to participate in first-come, first-served sessions with select Featured Creators on site.

Keep an eye out for updates!
Matchmaking will open a month or two prior to the event. Be sure you’re following us on socials @VidCon and checking your emails from us to find out which creators will be participating in meet & greets, when matchmaking will open, and more. Matchmaking typically runs for two weeks and you must enter during that time, so don’t miss out!

Make sure you have your login info ready!
You will need to log into the matchmaking platform with your Order ID and the order holder’s email address (the order holder is the person who purchased your ticket). Your Order ID can be found in the email the order holder receives from Tixr after purchasing tickets. It can also be found in the order holder’s Tixr account (here are instructions for finding it there).

Learn about how Meet & Greet Matchmaking works!
Matchmaking gives everyone an equal chance at meeting their favorite creators. It is not a first-come, first-served system — everyone who enters by the deadline will receive at least one session with one of the creators they ranked, and everyone has the same opportunity to receive the meet & greets they want most. Find out how to enter!
When matchmaking opens, attendees with eligible tickets will be able to log in and choose from the list of participating creators, ranking them in order based on interest in meeting them. More information about how to enter matchmaking can be found here.

See how you can link your entry with a friend’s!
The matchmaking platform features a Buddy System tool that allows you to link your entry with one other person who also has an eligible ticket type. Check out this page if you want to use the Buddy System tool to attend meet & greets with a friend.

Get your results and the info you’ll need to attend your sessions!
Matchmaking results will be released one week after matchmaking closes. At that time, everyone who entered will be able to log back into the platform and see which meet & greets they received, and the times and dates of those sessions. Your meet & greet schedule will also contain important information about getting access to your sessions when you arrive at VidCon, so be sure to read those carefully!

CHAPERONING YOUR CHILD TO
MEET & GREETS
If you are a chaperone (18 years or older) of a child under 16, you are welcome to accompany them into the Meet & Greet Hall and wait with them during their meet & greets. Please note that you will not be able to actually participate in the session unless you receive the same one via matchmaking.
Children 5 years old or younger are not required to have their own ticket and may participate in all activities offered by their parent/chaperone’s ticket type, including any meet & greets the parent/chaperone receives if they choose to enter matchmaking.
