Daniel Thrasher

Daniel Thrasher is a musical comedian and actor. His videos are a grab bag of characters, songs, and improvisations that highlight his comedy chops and musical talent. Thrasher began posting videos on YouTube when he was 13 years old, and he had his first viral hit in 2012 while studying Performing Arts at the Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2022, Thrasher’s content and dedicated fanbase caught the attention of Rhett & Link, who invested funds from their Mythical Ventures program to grow Thrasher’s business.

Thrasher can be seen starring in Amazon Freevee’s series Dinner with the Parents, a remake of the British comedy and Friday Night Dinner opposite Michaela Watkins, Dan Bakkedahl, Henry Hall, and Carol Kane. Previously, Thrasher appeared opposite Allison Janney in the TBS series, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee for its first annual ‘Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.’ He made his feature film debut at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival in the Paul Lieberstein directed Song of Back and Neck, opposite Brian d'Arcy James and Rosemarie DeWitt. Thrasher was also previously cast alongside Jon Tenney, Dana Delaney, and Steven Culp in a reading of Donald Margulies' play Long Lost for the Pacific Playwrights Festival.

He currently resides in Los Angeles with his feline progeny.
