Gwen Miller is the Senior Director of Creator Growth at Mythical Entertainment, the company founded by Rhett & Link. In this role, she focuses on audience and business growth for creators in whom Mythical Ventures has invested capital. Previously, Gwen was Sr. Director, YouTube Strategy at Hearst, working on such storied brands as Cosmopolitan, Elle, Esquire, and Men's Health and VP, Content at Kin, a digital women's lifestyle company, where she brought recognizable talent such as Tia Mowry, Adrienne Houghton and Tori Spelling to the digital screen. Other past roles include Endemol Shine and Discovery, among a variety of other entertainment companies. In her free time, Gwen is a non-competitive jigsaw puzzler, a mediocre D&D player, and recently picked up Pickleball.
