Shannon Martin-Resnick (formerly Wachtell) is a powerhouse in the digital talent and entertainment industry, known for shaping the careers of some of today’s most influential creators. She spent five years in representation at The Digital Brand Architects, where she spearheaded the agency’s TikTok initiative. She worked across the entire company to educate employees on the evolving GenZ landscape and TikTok’s impact, while helping sign some of the agency’s top talent at the time, including Amelie Zilber, Riley Hubatka, Glamzilla, Kate Bartlett, and more. She helped her clients build 360 businesses across product lines, brand ambassadorships, TV deals, and more. Shannon was recognized as one of Business Insider’s Top Talent Managers for TikTok talent in both 2020 and 2021 before moving on to her next role as Head of Talent at Brat TV (now ZATV). There, she oversaw all talent opportunities for both digital creators and traditional actors. She managed all casting opportunities for Brat TV’s scripted shows, secured both hosts and guests for Past Your Bedtime’s podcasts (examples include: Anna’s Guide with Anna Sitar & Bottoms Up with Fannita), and oversaw all branded partnerships for digital creators (examples include Looking For…with Amelie Zilber in partnership with Bumble). As Vice President of Talent at Proud Management, Shannon is excited to return to her roots and work directly with talent again, now with expanded expertise and a fresh perspective. She remains passionate about elevating the voices of creators with strong narratives that help spark change in their community and the world.
