Bernie Su is a Peabody and three-time Primetime Emmy award-winning creator, showrunner, and producer. He constantly challenges and embraces new technologies, methods, and platforms into his work. His Emmy winning works include:\n\nThe Lizzie Bennet Diaries, an interactive reimagining of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice on YouTube. The series is known as one of the defining transmedia franchises of the era, incorporating social media storytelling with short form video seamlessly.\n\nEmma Approved, another Jane Austen adaptation, highlighting a sustainable creative ecosystem presented as a five-platform interactive series. The brand synergy of this franchise was groundbreaking in how it incorporated products into the story.\n\nArtificial, the first live, audience-interactive, science fiction series. The show debuted on Twitch, and ran for four seasons, awarded a Webby, Peabody, and Primetime Emmy Award making the series the most decorated Twitch original to date.\n\nBernie is currently working in the creator and AI space. He most recently directed the Olay Body Wash AAPI 2025 campaign featuring traditional and creator economy stars, and is developing feature and interactive series concepts using Generative AI tech.
