Kelly is an Asian American IBS girly turning her journey with mental health, sobriety, relationships, and self-care into raw, relatable content. Through therapy breakthroughs, IBS-friendly tips, and emotional storytelling, she helps her community feel less alone. She’s spoken at VidCon, Shine Away by Reese Witherspoon, Aerie Real Fest, Samsung Creator Collective, Meta Performance Studio, and Purdue University. Her work is rooted in vulnerability, humor, and the reminder: “It’s not just you.”
