The 20 Percent Project

Michael “Harry-O” Harris is the legendary founder of Godfather Entertainment, the original parent company of Death Row Records, where he helped launch the careers of icons like Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Tupac Shakur. Before building one of hip-hop’s most influential empires, Harris had already founded 11 businesses by age 26. After serving decades in prison and receiving a presidential pardon in 2021, Harris emerged as a leading advocate for criminal justice reform, using technology and media to promote second chances and economic opportunity. Now re-established at the helm of Godfather Entertainment, Harris is also the force behind The O-Plan and a national spokesman for prison reform and school choice through Our Community First.
