Michael is the CEO and founder of Proud Management, a boutique talent management company representing creators who are highly conscious of their social following and character. In a world where new influencers are born overnight, they believe that it’s important, now more than ever, to be good role models, spread positivity, and fight for what you believe in—and they are committed to helping their talent do just that. \n\nBefore launching Proud Management, Michael was the former Director of Influencer Strategy and content at Reach Agency, named Small Agency of the Year in 2016. There, he oversaw the talent team, talent relationships and services, content development, and branded activations. He executed over 150 deals there, working with premiere clients such as Amazon, Clorox, Hallmark, Marriott Hotels, Nestle, Panda Express, and more.\n\nMichael previously shaped Quest Nutrition’s influencer marketing strategy to be one of the most revered in the space, helping Quest to be named the 2nd Fastest Growing Company in North America in 2014 by INC Magazine, and the #1 protein bar in the world.\n\nMichael began his career at the multi-channel network Fullscreen. He was one of the first to leverage YouTube's best practices to identify and develop new media stars. Joining Fullscreen in its infancy, Michael established the male lifestyle network, which features over 1,000 top creators.
