Under his leadership, Predata grew revenue sixfold and was successfully acquired by FiscalNote.Previously, Hazem was the co-founder and CEO of OptionsCity Software (2007–2017), a global provider of electronic trading solutions with offices in Chicago, New York, and London. He guided the company through multiple growth stages and its eventual acquisition by Vela Trading Systems in 2017.Hazem brings deep experience in scaling technology companies, driving innovation, and leading successful exits across industries.
