How can I purchase the Intro to Creator Track add-on?

If you are purchasing 3-Day Community Track tickets, you will be able to add the Introduction to Creator Track add-on to your order before checkout. If you already purchased your 3-Day Community Track ticket and want to purchase the Introduction to Creator Track add-on, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the VidCon Mexico 2024 ticketing site and click this button:
2. Enter your ID Compra
   1. To access your ID Compra, download the PDF that contains your ticket QR codes. This can be found in the confirmation email you received from Mangopase when you purchased your tickets.
      1. Please note: If you purchased your ticket prior to May 2, your ID Compra may have changed so be sure to use the ID Compra on this PDF; do not use the one listed in the body of the confirmation email.
3. Click the button at the bottom of the page to continue.
4. Select the ticket(s) on your order that you would like the Introduction to Creator Track add-on applied to.
5. Fill in the payment details and complete your purchase. Note that all add-on purchases made after your initial ticket purchase require a credit or debit card  — other payment options are not available. 

Please note: Attendees with Industry Track tickets do not need to purchase the add-on and will already have access to the Introduction to Creator Track content. The add-on is not available to Single-day Community Track ticket holders.
