NO TICKET WILL BE REFUNDED.
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall only be entitled to a refund of the cost of the tickets in case that the event for which the tickets were purchased is canceled.
In the event that VidCon Mexico 2023 is canceled, attendees will be notified and all purchases may be refunded in face value.
The refund will be made for the value of the ticket during the 30 days following the cancellation of the event, in addition to the instructions established by the banking institutions for purchases made with bank cards.
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for the purchase. If your card information has changed, please contact your bank before requesting a refund.
