If you wish to modify the ticket holder name please contact mexicoinfo@vidcon.com with your full name and ID de compra, the current name on the ticket, and the name that you want to switch towhich can be found in the order confirmation email. Please note that ONLY the order holder can request a name to be modified.
The names on your tickets may be modified up until August 1 at 12:00 PM (CT). If you need to update the name on a ticket after the deadline, please stop by the Registration Help Desk when you arrive at the event. Ticket names may not be modified once the ticket has been exchanged for credentials at Registration.
