There is no guarantee that you will meet, take a photo with, or get an autograph from your favorite creator. The ONLY guaranteed way to receive meet & greets is to enter Meet & Greet Matchmaking, which will open a month or two before the event. Attendees with 3-Day Community or Industry Track tickets can enter. Please note that not all Featured Creators will participate in meet & greets. We will announce the list of creators participating around the time matchmaking opens.
When you enter for Meet & Greet Matchmaking, you will be asked to rank 10 Featured Creators who you would like to meet. If you properly enter for Meet & Greet Matchmaking by the deadline, you will receive at least one meet & greet with a creator you’ve ranked.
It is not possible for the creators to meet all of their fans in such a short weekend, and we hope that you understand the circumstances of this event; if you are only coming to VidCon Mexico to meet a specific creator we strongly encourage you to reconsider your purchase. That being said, even if you aren’t able to meet your favorite creator, there are so many other great things you can see and do at VidCon!
