Mic Kovary

Mic Kovary is a Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube, where she uses her deep-seeded drive to help others in partnering with creators to build successful content businesses on the platform. 

During her time at YouTube, Mic has worked with a diverse portfolio of creators at different stages in their growth on the platform, historically specializing in multi-format content creation and working around the launch of YouTube Shorts. She is also a lead on the Creator Crew team, a work-stream intended to offer support to the teams and "doers" behind some of the biggest channels on YouTube. 

Prior to YouTube, Mic worked on the Digital Media team at Creative Artists Agency. In her free time, you'll find her in the mountains skiing or hiking.
